Tanner and Matthew were so amazing!!! They were so friendly, kind, and you could tell they truly cared for their customers!! They had great recommendations and were so knowledgeable about their product! We will definitely be returning and asking for either or them for assistance!!! Even the workers who were not helping us were super friendly and greeted us with amazing smiles! Thanks for everything…you guys were fabulous!! We WILL be recommending this place to our friends and family. TANNER & MATHEW ARE GREAT!

I worked Tanner and he was SO helpful, responsive, and kind over the phone. He helped me with finding the exact furniture I love and the prices of each item, even though I was located all the way in California. Any time I had a question or comment, he responded extremely fast and was so flexible with me. Highly recommend working with him and Ashley Furniture in Rochester!

My first time actually checking out Ashley furniture store. They had so many great options for reasonable prices. I enjoyed browsing through their showroom. They also give Mayo employees 40% off which is great! Would love to come back and hopefully leave with great staple pieces.

Randy and Brad have been great to work with as we purchased our furniture recently. They were very attentive. The furniture is very high quality with the great prices- you can’t beat that! The delivery crew was very efficient as well and were very careful when they were bringing the furniture in to the house. Highly recommend Ashley for your furniture needs :)

We were recently in need of a new bed and went into Ashley and worked with Tanner S. on the finding our new bed. Tanner could not have been more helpful form start to finish, and got our new "Purple" bed set to us within that week. Not only did we get a great new bed, but are excited to get our new sectional we ordered for our basement. Thanks for the great service Tanner, your have our highest recommendation. Dan & Holly F.

Highly recommend asking for Bryce when you go to Ashley. He was very helpful, and he had great recommendations for furniture pieces when I described the space I was decorating. Bryce would even move pieces around so that I could see what they looked like next to eachother. Bryce went above and beyond, and I had a great shopping experience. 10/10 recommend Ashley Furniture.
